The Centre for Affordable Water and Sanitation Technology (CAWST) is a Canadian charity and licensed not-for-profit professional engineering consultancy teaching people how to bring safe drinking water, sanitation and hygiene in their homes, schools and clinics, using simple, affordable technologies.
The Senior Manager, WASH Services Asia is a strategic leadership role responsible for advancing CAWST’s mission and impact throughout Asia. This position provides leadership for the regional strategy, service delivery, business development, and partner engagement, ensuring CAWST’s services effectively strengthen the capacity of local organizations to deliver sustainable water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) solutions.
As the leader of CAWST’s Asia team, the Senior Manager is accountable for achieving regional goals by developing a high-performing team, building strong client and partner relationships, and successfully implementing annual work plans. The role is also responsible for expanding and supporting our Training Partner network, fostering collaboration with key stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to scale impact across the region.
As a member of the Global Services Leadership Team, the Senior Manager collaborates across regions and business units to share learning, advance organizational priorities, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance CAWST’s effectiveness and global reach.
